CHATTIN’S RUN – A TRUE COUNTRY ESTATE PARCELS

The property was bought by John Douglas Rawlings in 1833 and remained in the Rawlings family’s possession until 1944. In 1945, it was deeded to Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Wilson.

The manor house has three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half bathrooms and five fireplaces. The manor house property includes a guest house, a carriage house with apartment and two and four car garages on 15 acres.

The entire property of 845 acres includes some of the most beautiful vistas in the area of woods, streams and valleys in Fauquier County, and one of the Estate parcels includes road frontage and an air strip while another includes a horse facility.
